While it's being made
Some Keepsakes take a few seconds, others up to 20 minutes. You don't have to wait on the page. The Making now tray shows where each one is: Making now, Needs your choice, or Ready. Press it to jump back in, even on another device.
When it's done
- It's saved on that person's shelf in your Library.
- Download saves the file to your device.
- Make another opens the same Keepsake for the same person, ready to fill in.
- Make it again keeps your answers and makes a new one. It charges again.
Good to know: If a Keepsake fails, we tell you why and your credits come back automatically.
