• Cloudhands acts as a unified interface that orchestrates the processing of your prompts or Recipes, which may include your submitting text, photo, video, audio or other content (User Input), across selected third-party artificial intelligence (AI) platforms, models or engines (AI solutions); each AI solution has its own privacy terms.
• We collect personal and non-personal information to operate our Platform and services.
• Your chats or other User Input sharing with Cloudhands may be shared with third-party AI solutions and other providers but are not linked to your identity.
• You can manage cookies, email preferences, and request data changes or deletion.
• We do not knowingly collect sensitive or biometric data.

Introduction

Cloudhands, Inc. (“Cloudhands,” "we," "us," "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you access and use our website, Platform and services, and platform (“Cloudhands.ai” or “Platform”). The AI models we orchestrate run on information, but we don’t give them free access to your family history. We share only the User Input you choose to send, directly or through the Recipes you select, and we don’t attach extra identifying details when we do.

How Cloudhands Works

Cloudhands provides unified access to third-party AI systems, coordinated workflow orchestration, and a structured library of AI recipes designed to help people honor, preserve, and explore their family stories through videos, photos, oral histories, and similar features.

Our Platform serves as a single interface that orchestrates your use of multiple AI solutions through one account and one credit system.

When you select a Recipe or submit User Input:

• You provide User Input to Cloudhands.
• Cloudhands orchestrates your request by routing the relevant User Input through one or more third-party AI solutions, depending on the Recipe you selected.
• Cloudhands receives the output from those AI solutions and delivers it back to you.
• Cloudhands does not share your identity with AI providers.
• Each AI solution provider processes your User Input under its own terms and privacy policy, which apply independently of Cloudhands.

Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to:

• Our Platform;
• Our Website (www.cloudhands.ai);
• Communications via email, text, and other electronic messages.
• Mobile/desktop applications downloaded from Our Platform;
• Interactions with advertisements or services that link to this Privacy Policy;
• Purchases made on the Platform including your subscription, if applicable.

It does not apply to:

• Information collected by third parties, including payment processors.
• Information provided by you directly to third-party AI solutions. Once Cloudhands transmits your User Input to an AI solution, that third-party AI provider’s own terms and privacy policies apply to their handling of it, while Cloudhands’ Privacy Policy continues to apply to any User Input or personal information Cloudhands itself collects, stores, or processes.
• Information collected offline or through third-party websites.
• Cloudhands is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party AI solutions who may independently collect data through their products or services offerings.

Age of Users

Our Platform is intended for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services and Platform. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18 you must obtain parental consent and submit such information to the following address prior to use of Our Platform: support@cloudhands.ai.

Information We Collect

• Personal Information: Examples include email address, name, phone number, billing information.
• Non-Personal Information: Examples include username, IP address, browser type, device identifiers, your User Input; usage details collected automatically.

Note Regarding Submission of Personal Information via Prompts (Input): We do not monitor or control your User Inputs, and you are advised not to submit personal information through the Platform. Personal information that you submit through the Platform that is submitted to third parties as a mechanism of our services may be subject to third-party terms and privacy policies/notices that receive such information. Further, you should not submit sensitive information to the Platform.

Information You Provide

We collect information you provide through:

• Our Platform forms (e.g., registrations, purchases, support requests).
• Account profile submissions.
• Surveys, contests, and correspondence.
• Transactions on the Platform.
• Platform forums.
• Automatic Data Collection.

We collect data using cookies, analytics tools, and similar technologies, including:

• Traffic analytics.
• Device and browser information.
• Interactions with Our Platform.

Cookies

• We use cookies to personalize and enhance your experience. You may set up your browser to refuse cookies, but certain functionalities may be limited. We use a cookie consent management tool to obtain your consent where required.

Disclosure of Your Information

We may share your information with:

• Subsidiaries, affiliates, contractors, and service providers.
• Partners who require information to deliver products or services through Our Platform.
• Third-party AI solutions to process your User Input.
• We may share non-personal, de-identified marketing data with our third-party service provider partners for analytics and business purposes. This data cannot be used to identify you.
• Third-party payment processors. Stripe and other payment processors are independent controllers of payment data. Their privacy policies govern their use of your payment information.
• Buyers or successors in case of mergers, acquisitions, or restructuring.

We may also disclose information:

• To comply with legal obligations.
• To enforce Our Terms of Service, including our Credits Policy.
• To protect Our rights, privacy, safety, or property.
• For fraud prevention and credit risk reduction.

Sensitive Data

We do not knowingly collect or process sensitive or biometric data (e.g., facial scans, health data). As a reminder, you should not submit sensitive information to the Platform. If you submit biometric data to our Platform, we will retain such data only for the purpose of which it was submitted and will remove such data in accordance with our retention policies.

De-Identified Data

We may license or sell fully de-identified data, which cannot reasonably be used to identify you. If we do so, you will have the right to opt out as required by applicable law.

You may exercise your right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your information by using our ‘Do Not Sell or Share My Info’ link or contact us at support@cloudhands.ai.

Third-Party AI Solutions

As described above, our Platform includes AI solutions from Cloudhands and third parties. These AI solutions may use your User Input to generate responses and improve their services. We do not share your identity with these providers. As a reminder, you should avoid sharing sensitive data like financial or health information with Our Platform.

OUR PLATFORM MAY SHARE INFORMATION AND YOUR USER INPUT INTO PRODUCTS, OFFERINGS, SERVICES OR AI SOLUTIONS MADE AVAILABLE BY CLOUDHANDS INCLUDING THIRD-PARTY SOLUTIONS. USER INPUT YOU SUBMIT TO OUR PLATFORM WILL PASS THROUGH TO ONE OR MORE THIRD-PARTY AI SOLUTIONS. EACH OF THESE AI SOLUTIONS HAS ITS OWN TERMS OF USE AND PRIVACY POLICIES/NOTICES. BY SUBMITTING USER INPUT TO OUR PLATFORM, YOU AUTHORIZE US TO TRANSMIT SUCH USER INPUT TO THIRD-PARTY AI SOLUTIONS. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEW OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS RELATED TO AI SOLUTIONS OFFERED BY THIRD-PARTIES; ALTHOUGH CLOUDHANDS PROVIDES ACCESS TO AI SOLUTIONS THAT ARE LISTED ON OUR CLOUDHANDS-UTILIZED AI SOLUTIONS LIST, CLOUDHANDS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THIRD-PARTY TERMS OR CONDITIONS RELATED TO SUCH THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, OFFERINGS OR AI SOLUTIONS.

IT IS GOOD PRACTICE, AND YOU ARE HEREBY ADVISED, NOT TO INPUT ANY SENSITIVE PERSONAL INFORMATION INTO OUR PLATFORM OR ANY AI SOLUTOINS MADE AVAILABLE ON THE PLATFORM.

Third-Party AI Solutions Terms and Privacy Policies/Notices

Our Platform provides access to various artificial intelligence (AI) solutions that may be developed by us or third parties. These solutions may utilize different AI engines, each governed by distinct terms related to data privacy, input usage rights, and output ownership.

Users are solely responsible for reviewing and understanding the applicable terms and conditions before engaging with the AI solutions available on Our Platform (see Exhibit A for additional information). We do not make any warranties or representations regarding the privacy policies or data practices of these third-party AI solutions. See our CLOUDHANDS-UTILIZED AI SOLUTIONS LIST attached as Exhibit A for information about third-party AI solutions utilized by Cloudhands on the Platform.

We recommend that you refrain from inputting any sensitive information such as financial, personal, or health information into the AI solutions to avoid the risk of unauthorized access to your personal information and data.

Your Privacy Controls

You have choices regarding your personal information:

• Cookies: Adjust your browser or use Our cookie consent tool.
• Promotional Emails: Opt out by following unsubscribe instructions in emails or contacting us via email us.
• Interest-Based Advertising: Opt out via the Network Advertising Initiative at www.networkadvertising.org.

Managing Your Data

You may:

• Review and update your account information by logging into your profile.
• Request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us via email us.

Nevada residents have the right to opt out of certain information sales, although We do not currently sell such information.
