Acceptable Use Policy and Rules of Conduct

Welcome to Cloudhands, Inc. (“Cloudhands,” “we,” “us,” “our”). This Acceptable Use Policy and Rules of Conduct (“AUP”) applies to all Visitors, or Users who access or use our website at cloudhands.ai, along with any related services, features, content, or credits available through our platform (collectively, the “Platform”).
This AUP is incorporated by reference into, and forms part of, the Cloudhands Terms of Service (“Terms of Service”). By using our Platform, you agree to the terms of this AUP. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Platform. Capitalized terms that are not otherwise defined in this AUP shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Terms of Service. This AUP may change from time to time, and Cloudhands will post any updates to this AUP to the Platform. You are responsible for reviewing this AUP and any updates or new versions of the terms of the AUP as made available by Cloudhands on the Platform.
We’ve written these rules to keep Cloudhands creative, safe, and welcoming—because great things happen when everyone plays well together.
General Conduct
- Respect for Others: Users are expected to communicate respectfully in all spaces, including chat rooms, feedback posts, and private messages. Any form of harassment, intimidation, or bullying is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to offensive language, personal attacks, or derogatory remarks.
- Prohibited Behavior: Discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, age, sexual orientation, or disability is not tolerated. Any action intended to threaten, harm, or exploit another User will result in immediate action. Any action to misrepresent User identity. Any action to intentionally capture personal information of other Users for any purpose other than as allowed by Cloudhands.
- Fair Interaction: Users must act in good faith in all interactions, maintaining honesty, transparency, and fairness in their dealings with others.
Content Guidelines
- Appropriate Content: All content posted must adhere to legal and ethical standards. Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to, hate speech, pornography, and content that incites violence or illegal activities.
- Copyright Compliance: Users must ensure they have the right to share any content, including software, images, and text. Plagiarism, piracy, and unauthorized distribution of copyrighted material are not allowed. Content including AI content is owned by the respective Users or AI service providers in accordance with the applicable third-party terms associated with an applicable AI solution. - Constructive Feedback: Reviews and feedback should be factual, free from inappropriate language, and directly related to the product or transaction. Attempts to manipulate reviews (e.g., through fake reviews or incentives) are strictly prohibited.
Content Removal
- Discretionary Rights: Cloudhands reserves the right to remove, edit, or restrict access to any content on the Platform at its sole discretion if it deems such content to be in violation of this AUP or otherwise unacceptable.
- Notification: While Cloudhands strives to notify Users about content removal and provide reasons where feasible, we are not obligated to do so in every instance.
- Appeals Process: Users may request a review of content removal decisions by contacting Cloudhands pursuant to the notice provision at the end of this AUP, but our decision following the review will be final.
Privacy and Security
- Personal Information Protection: Users are discouraged from sharing sensitive information, such as addresses, payment details, or login credentials, in public or private communications on the Platform.
- Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts. Sharing account access or credentials is prohibited, and any signs of unauthorized access must be reported immediately.
- Platform Integrity: The Platform will employ measures to safeguard User Data (as defined in the Terms of Service) and privacy, and Users are expected to cooperate by adhering to Platform security practices.
Prohibited Activities
- Unauthorized Access: Users may not attempt to access accounts, data, or areas of the Platform to which they do not have explicit permission. This includes hacking and unauthorized probing of the Platform.
- Malicious Intent: Any activity that compromises the functionality, security, or reputation of the Platform is grounds for immediate suspension and potential legal action.
- Violation of Applicable Laws: You must not use the Platform to violate applicable laws or use anyone else's proprietary intellectual property rights. By using the Platform, you agree that you will not violate any laws in connection with your use of the Platform. This includes any local, state, federal, and international laws that may apply to you, and the use of our Platform including the use of Credits on our Platform.
- Intended Use: You may not use our Platform other than as intended and may not use the Platform outside of your allowed scope of use. You agree not to reverse engineer, scrape, process, or access the Platform for any purpose, including monitoring, obtaining source code, copying anything on our Platform, or sending any advertising or promotional material like junk mail or spam, or sell any portion of our Platform or other third-parties' content on our Platform without permission. See Section 6 of the Terms of Service for requirements “Responsible AI Use” and use of 'Agents' and AI bots on our Platform.
- Intentional Interference: You will not introduce any bugs or damage to our Platform. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of our Platform, our servers or any database connected or as a part of our Platform. By way of example, you agree not to introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful to our Platform, the Platform or any other third-party content or products on our Platform. This includes any action by you intended to restrict or inhibit anyone's use or enjoyment of the Platform, or which, as determined by us, may harm Cloudhands, its Users, or expose us or them to potential liability by the government or any third-party.
Reporting Violations
- How to Report: Users can report violations through the support email listed at the end of this AUP.
- Process and Confidentiality: All reports will be treated confidentially and investigated promptly. Users submitting reports are encouraged to provide as much detail as possible to assist in the investigation process.
- Consequences of Violations: Depending on the severity, actions may include warnings, suspension, account termination, or legal proceedings.
Permissive Use of AI Bots/Agents
- Use of AI Bots/Agents is subject to Section 6 of the Terms of Service (Responsible AI Use).
Copyright Infringement/DMCA Takedown Notification
- Content Moderation: Cloudhands reserves the right to remove any listings, comments, or content it deems to violate the Terms of Service or applicable law. Additionally, we may act against Users who breach these terms, including assisting intellectual property rights holders.
- Intellectual Property: Upon receiving proper notice of intellectual property infringement, Cloudhands promptly removes or disables access to the reported materials. In the case of copyright infringement, notices must comply with the DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512).
- DMCA Notices & Counter Notifications: To submit a DMCA notice, Users (or third parties) must include identification of the copyrighted work and alleged infringing material, contact information, and statements of good faith and accuracy. Counter notifications require details of the material removed, a statement of good faith, and consent to jurisdiction.
