What you'll learn: What credits are, when they're used, and how long they last.
Credits pay for the Keepsakes you make. 100 credits = $1, so a credit is a penny.
When you're charged
Once, when a Keepsake starts being made. Not per picture, not per minute, and never twice. The price is shown before you start, and it's the same on every plan.
Make it again makes a new copy, so it charges again.
If something fails
We tell you why, and your credits come back automatically. You don't need to contact us.
How long they last
- Your plan gives you the same credits every month.
- Credits you don't use carry over to the next month, for up to a year.
- Top-up credits also last a year.
Which credits are used first
Free and gifted credits go first. After that, older credits are used before newer ones.
Good to know: Your family tree and Family Atlas never use credits.
